D3soccer.com Names Iatarola All-American

(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – Sophomore Tori Iatarola (West Dundee, Ill./Loyola Academy) of the Carnegie Mellon University women's soccer team earned her second national recognition when she was named to the D3soccer.com 2015 Women's All-America team. This honor comes after Iatarola was named the fourth-ever NSCAA NCAA Division III Women's Soccer All-American for Carnegie Mellon women's soccer.

Iatarola, who started all 20 games in the midfield and recorded four goals and six assists during the season, was named to the third team and is one of two sophomores to make the list. Two of her goals came against nationally ranked opponents.

The All-America teams were chosen by D3soccer.com staff, Division III soccer coaches and sports information directors from a field of more than 300 nominations.

Carnegie Mellon set the school record for wins in a season after compiling a 17-2-1 record. The Tartans won the University Athletic Association for the second consecutive season, sharing the title with Washington University, before finishing the year in the NCAA Sectional Semifinal for the second straight year.
