Adams Honored on NSCAA All-Great Lakes Region Team

(KANSAS CITY, Mo.) - Carnegie Mellon University women's soccer junior Haili Adams (Kirkland, Wash./Juanita) was recognized regionally for her play on the field this fall by being named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) NCAA Division III Women's All-Great Lakes Region team. Adams earns her second all-region award and was named to the second team once again.

Adams led the team with eight goals scored and three assists for the season. Five of her goals were game winners. Adams tallied three of her goals against University Athletic Association opponents and registered both goals in a 2-1 win against Allegheny College for her second career multi-goal game.

"Haili competes in training as hard as she does in games," said head coach Yon Struble. "Her willingness to push, sacrifice, and fight in every scenario makes her a fierce opponent and as a result wins games for our program. This is a deserving honor for Haili and I'm glad the coaches in the region recognized her play and impact on the game."
