Tartan Women Honored by United Soccer Coaches with Team Academic Award

(KANSAS CITY, Mo.) – The Carnegie Mellon University women's soccer team has been honored for its work in the classroom with the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2022-23 academic year.
The Tartans recorded a team grade point average of 3.55 during the year. A total of 499 women's soccer programs across the NCAA and NAIA earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Contributing to the 3.55 GPA for the Tartans were seven student-athletes who earned a 4.0 for the year while 20 players earned a 3.50 or better.
