#3 Tartans Tie #2 WashU in UAA Home Game

(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) – The third-ranked Carnegie Mellon University women's soccer team tied the second-ranked Washington University in St. Louis Bears on Friday, October 20 at home by a 0-0 score. The Tartans are now 11-0-3 and tied for the third game in a row in University Athletic Association (UAA) play while WashU moves to 12-0-1 and 3-0-1.

Inside The Box Score

  • The Tartans put the first shot on frame in the 14th minute but the attempt off junior Emma Shirzad's foot was easily scooped up by Sidney Conner in goal.
