The fall athletics season was highlighted by five team NCAA Championship appearances and eight nationally ranked winter and spring teams, while the Tartans excelled in the classroom. An impressive 163 student-athletes achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA, and 59% earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher.

Freshman Tristan Gonzalez of the Carnegie Mellon University men’s soccer team has been named the 2024 All-University Athletic Association (UAA) Men’s Soccer Rookie of the Year with two teammates joining him on the All-Association team. Gonzalez also earned second-team honors along with senior Eli Kampine, with sophomore Kai Yamamoto garnering honorable mention accolades.
